Streamlined supply chain has become a necessity for most sectors today. But, the scenario was very rightly put by Brad Little from NM Incite at the Nielsen's 360 conference in Germany. According to him, in the current demand driven economy the companies need to be more closer to customers which is not achieved even through a streamlined supply chain. The supply chain leaves out the most important part: THE CUSTOMER.
